a webhook is a way to get notified the moment someone submits your form — formsout will send the response data as a json payload to any url you give it. plug it into zapier, make.com, your own server, a slack bot, whatever. you don't need one to use formsout, but if you want responses to flow into another tool automatically, this is how you do it.

the ai understands and generates forms in english, spanish, french, portuguese, german, japanese, korean, and hindi. just prompt in your language and it'll respond in kind. you can also ask it to translate a form after the fact — "translate this to french" works exactly as you'd expect.

responses are stored securely in your account and only visible to you and anyone you share access with. we never sell your data or use form responses to train models. delete a form and everything — responses, files, the works — goes with it.
